Terms and conditions of Filma, s.r.o. with company address: Tachovská 1351/7, 323 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, ID number: 21149577 registered at the Regional Court in Pilsen, Section C, file number 44792

Orders and Payments

  • Orders for services to be delivered by Filma, s.r.o. are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation of the order and signing the Contract of Engagement.
  • Payments for the services are due as agreed in the contract and are usually divided into two parts. The customer is obliged to pay 50% of the total amount as a non-refundable deposit before work commences. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery of the services

Use of Materials

  • Filma, s.r.o. reserves the right to use photographs and videos for its own marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

Privacy Policy

  • When being provided with the client's personal data for the purpose of ordering, processing photos and videos, etc., Filma, s.r.o. will act in accordance with data protection laws.

Guarantees

  • Filma, s.r.o. undertakes to provide services in accordance with the agreed Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event that an order is canceled by the customer, Filma, s.r.o. reserves the right to retain a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price of the order as compensation for the costs and potential losses associated with the cancellation of the order.
