Videography

How long does it take to film a video?

A standard shooting day is 12 hours. It is always necessary to prepare the scenes, set up the equipment, lights, do the makeup for the actors, etc., before the actual shooting. All this, of course, takes time, which varies depending on the complexity and nature of the project. For instance, it took 2 days to shoot this music video.

When will I get the final video?

The time necessary to complete a project varies depending on its complexity. The exact delivery date will be agreed upon and specified in the contract.

What's the format of the final product?

We usually deliver the final video in Apple ProRes 422 HQ format at a UHD resolution of 3840x2160 (landscape) or 2160x3840 (portrait). However, we can provide almost any format and resolution according to the client's needs. Ideally, we address this during the initial specifications to ensure seamless integration of the chosen format throughout the video production process.

How to prepare for shooting a music video?

Before shooting a music video, make sure you know your parts precisely and that the version you'll be playing during the shooting matches the final recording of the song. We will discuss the clothing and appearance in the pre-production phase. Get a good sleep!

Can you capture sound while filming?

Yes. Many years of experience in recording and post-production allow us to provide advanced audio processing. We have our own recording studio with the necessary equipment, and we own a portable 16-input mixer that lets us record a concert, live session, or a large conference.

Photography

Can you send me unedited photos?

We provide clients with edited photos only. Shooting raw images is only half of a photographer's job, and post-production is an essential part of our work.

How long does delivering the photos after the event/wedding day take?

We do our best to deliver the final product as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the complexity and length of the event and the number of final photos, but it is usually within a month. However, we'll agree on the exact date when planning.

Equipment

What equipment do you use for filming and shooting?

Our primary camera is the Canon R5 C from the Cinema series, equipped with lenses from the latest RF series. Our arsenal also includes the Canon R6, Canon R, Zhiyun Crane 3S, steadicam, motorized slider, lights, and more. If we need to rent specific equipment, we collaborate with rental services to ensure we acquire the required gear for each project.

What are the options for recording audio?

We have various microphones for specific cases and a portable mix with 16 inputs to capture audio tracks. We can record everything, such as wedding vows, an interview, or all the instruments at a concert. We can also do a complete post-production.

Pricing

How much does it cost to make a video or shoot an event?

Based on the nature of the project, we work either on an hourly rate basis (EUR 60/hour excl. 21% VAT) or a pre-agreed price for the completed work. The total cost of filming and processing videos varies greatly depending on the length of the video, the complexity of execution, the number of scenes, filming locations, and other factors. Similarly, the price varies for photographic services, depending on the type and complexity of the assignment, travel expenses, and other aspects. What is the payment and invoicing process?

Payments usually consist of a deposit paid before the filming, and the rest of the price is paid after the project is completed. We will send you an electronic invoice with the due date according to the contract.
